My lunch is packed because I'm at work... I'd be up queer street if I didn't have my lunch!
This morning I had toast with jam (jelly)
and a protein-heavy protein shake
Meal #2 is a lean bacon sandwich
Meal #3 is porridge with an egg and banana
Meal #4 is a cottage cheese pancake with blueberries
Meal #5 is 5 thin slices of turkey on a wholewheat pitta with salad
Perhaps if I get hungry, then meal #6 will either be haddock and veggies and a few potatoes or a cottage cheese pancake if I can't be bothered to cook!
I just realised when I typed out my meals for the day how much bread I'd planned! I've now subbed a pitta for some porridge at lunch, so that's a bit of damage limitation! I suppose I shouldn't have had bread for brekky, but I was a bit slow off the mark this morning!
Also for snacks between meals I have a HUGE fruit basket on my desk that's bursting at the seams! I must actually EAT some of it!
Exercise wise, it's ripping up those quads and hammies in the gym for at least a good hour, then a
yoga class, then BED!
