Default Diet Confession

I've slacked, there I said it. This weekend was a killer. I created a fairly healthy Easter meal but I attended 2 high alcohol consumption events and have put on approx. 3 lbs. I am NOT adjusting my weight tracker!! I am going to be rid of them soon enough. I just had to come clean in some respect.

Though as I write this I am overcome with a very positive realization. How easy is it to let 1 weekend spoil all your hard work? EASY!! I've been doing this healthy thing for awhile now and it's working because I am able to refocus after a rough patch. So in addition to confessing, I'm also bragging! YAY ME!!!

Jess, be proud you can just accept it and move on, it took me FOREVER to be able to do that and in fact there is a whole group of girls (chicks in control forum) who CANT even fathom just getting back into the saddle. Bad weekends happen, we forgive you j/k!

YAY YOU! I came to the same realization in my "Easter eating" thread. So I had a high-calorie weekend (well more like long weekend ).... so what? I'm back in the game now. YAY US

Don't you dare change your ticker unless it's to move it down! Which it will, because those pounds you put on will come off like nuthin' when you get back on track!

Yeah, you'll be back down in no time. It's mostly water weight I'm sure. It's pretty much impossible to gain 3 lbs of fat in a weekend. So don't touch the ticker!!!!
