I can't believe this, but I am going to Myrtle Beach on Saturday for 7 days and I am actually taking the bathroom scale with me. My husband thinks I am nuts. Hopefully this will influence me to go a little easier on the crablegs, the seafood buffets and the margaritas.

(I am also taking the laptop so I can check in here for my daily inspiration and support!)

Crablegs are lowfat and full of protein. Stay away from the butter! Take long walks on the beach as it is more exercise that regular walking and enjoy!

You Go Girl! My husband would also say that I have lost my mind if I tried to pack the scale. But it is something that I would like to do!
When we went to Vegas a couple of months back, everyplace that I went that had those scales that you put in .50 cents I did it....
