Default How Many Times a Day to you Eat?

I have been doing 3 meals and 3 snacks thru the day. My weight loss is slow but I keep my snacks light -- jello, lf string chese, fruit. Should I cut out one snack and eat 5 times a day? I stay pretty much within my points. Just wondering, how often others are eating and if that might improve my weight loss.

I eat 5-6 small meals per day, and I try to eat a protein every time I eat so that I'm not eating a carb alone. Eating small meals evens out my blood sugar and keep me full longer.

Depends if I'm hungry. Some days I need a snack, some days I don't. When I have snacks it's usually mid morning and mid afternoon. I normally don't eat anything after I've had dinner.

Listen to your body. It's hard to judge sometimes when you're really hungry or just bored. As long as you stay within your points, I wouldn't worry so much about how many times you eat during the day as long as it's keeping you satisfied.

I eat 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and then 3-4 snacks throughout the day.

Make sure you are eating enough...TPs, APs and WPA/FPs.
Make sure you get in your dairy
Make sure you get in your healthy fats
Make sure you get in enough protein
