PCOS/Insulin Resistance Support - Meridia Success or Advise

My Dr recently gave me a 30 sample of Meridia. I am really deserate to lose weight at this stage in my life. I am 35 and still have no children:( , I have PCOS and am extremely overweight(330). I am currently taking Metformin 500mg trying to work up to 1500mg. I want to lose weigh and have a family SO bad.

Can anyone give me any encouragement or success stories using meridia....HELP!!!!!
