Hello everyone!
I went to WW tonight and was down a pound which was very surprising because I ate enough easter treats for us all
This week I am doing a different take on things, I plan to exercise 5/7 days, drink 8 glasses of water and NOT go over my points. I want to start running, but I am lost on the getting motivated to do it! I wish I had a buddy to go with me!
Congrats on all of your losses and motivation! 11 more weeks!
