How about an apple with peanut butter or a piece of cheese. Or ww toast with PB? I sometimes take a Phase II bun with cheese and meat to eat after the bloodwork. There's no reason to crash and burn.

ok well i guess i had good hindsight when leaving this morning.
i had a "veggie omelette" from my local campus cuisine...their idea of veggies was green peppers and onions but whatever lol and i brought an apple and a cheese stick with me for snack later this morning.
i haven't had blood taken for like 10 years so i was leery...all i remember from the last time was being lightheaded and stuff after...
