Hmmn. These are not Core, but I don't think the points would be too high. Can you help me out here.

one of those skinny chinese pastry wraps, kinda like a big won ton wrapper

stuffed with whatever like"

bean sprouts
a tad of ketchup
snow peas
a bit of crushed peanuts

all wrapped up and cooled. Then warmed up with a bit of oil in a pan.

Any thoughts on how to point this?

Found this on fitday for wonton wrapper - they also have info for 7" eggroll wrapper too. I guess you would also need to add any points for other non-core items (e.g. peanuts) - but it seems pretty reasonabie!
