Ok so what did/do you ladies snack on when you are not quite hungry for a meal? My trainer says I need to snack on non processed food cause I am relying too much on the shakes and bars. So please share your ideas.

String Cheese, Celery with Cream Cheese, Cucumbers dipped in Ranch Dressing, Ham Roll Ups (Ham with a little cream cheese wrapped around a dill pickle), Deviled Eggs, Hard Boiled Eggs, Fried Cheese, Pepperoni Chips dipped in Sour Cream

All the best to you,

Kim

I'm not to the point where I'm not hungry for a meal. And I've not learned the snack thing yet. This is going to be an interesting thread :)

A small wrap of lettuce, any type of meat and maybe some tomatoes or cucumbers.
Once you get out of induction your choices expand greatly. I like walnuts as my perfered snack. Lots of satisfying protein. And once you venture into berries, they are easy, handy and tasty.

string cheese, nuts, I always have protein of some sort in my fridge just in case I need a snack.
