Default VERY Helpful Site NutritionData

A friend of mine sent me this site, and I was amazed at all the info it had on it. I found it very helpful. It has info for some of the leading Fast food places, and calorie counts for their foods, gives you a "Fullness Factor" graph, to show where on that chart a certain food will be, which I found extremely helpful! How to Mix your foods for maximum benefits for health.

Check it out.... http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html
