I bought this workout video.......... - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I bought the Biggest Loser Workout Video and it kicked my butt!...LoL... I am soooo outta shape! I am sure once I do it every night it will get a bit easier but, I did the easiest workout on the video and it totally kicked my butt!

Anybody else do it? Do you like it? Have you seen results from using it?

I recently bought a treadmill, first workout in about 2 years, walked for 37 minutes & 50 minutes yesterday and today. Completely, kicked my butt! I can't believe how out of shape I am.

Man i wanna buy that one so bad! I dont have any money tho. Maybe jason will let me buy it on payday lol. I also wanna get one of those walk away the lbs ones.

Heather- I bought it for $10 at walmart! They also have the Walk Away the Pounds ones for $18....If you get it we can compare how it kicks our butt!...LoL

trnsfrmnreplace -- Yes, it came Friday morning! My hubby stayed home to set it up. So, first thing Saturday I got up early and walked and the same on Sunday. Let me tell you I was wiped out tired. I haven't done any bit of excercise in months, quite possibly years.

I'm starting out with walking and slowly going to start jogging.

It's so nice having it at home!

I have the biggest loser dvd got it a while ago, man it's freakin hard! Even when i was doing really good on my plan i still had a hard time finishing all the moves, it's the only dvd i have that really get's me sweating!

Yeah i looked for it at my walmart, but it wasnt there :-( The one here is pretty ghetto so i might just order it online or something! I REALLY want it tho! Ive got the biggest loser book and it has helped me so much, so i imagine the weightloss video is great too!
