I've been overweight since childhood. My lowest weight since I was 18 was probably 250-260. I'm 28 now. That amazes me... I've never been close to being thin. I don't know what's worse, being thin and then gaining a lot of weight, or never having been thin at all. Or maybe they're both equally bad... Hehe.
So what's your lowest weight as an adult? I'm curious. :)

I've been fat since I was a kid; I'm only 18 now. So 240lbs, I guess. :P

The lowest I've ever been was 110-115. That was when I started high school. By the end of my senior year I was probably 130 or so. I got back down to 115-120 before I left for college. I graduated college at about 165 and had reached 190 by the time I was 25. I went to Jenny Craig and got back down to 150. From there my weight steadily increased until I hit my all time high of 214. I may have gained and lost the same 10 pounds 3 or four times during that time frame. I don't recall a time that I ever just maintained my weight. I've been either losing weight or gaining it for as long as I can remember. By the way, at 115 I thought I was fat. If I had only known then what I know now!

My lowest adult weight was 205 right after having my daughter. It was the weirdest thing because I lost so much weight after having her. Of course I didn't appreciate it at the time and now I WISH I could be 205 again.

My lowest adult weight was 125-19 yrs old, now i'm 205, my highest was 217
That is a good question about what is harder to always have been fat, or to have been skinny at one time. My husband has always been fat.
Me, i look back at pictures and it kills me, breaks my heart, the saddest part is that even at 125lbs...and height 5'5-i still thought i was fat.
So i never got to even enjoy it. Now i look back, and think D*MN-you looked gooooooooooooooooooooooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had a weight problem since birth. So as an adult, I guess my lowest weight was 229 (and I managed that one through Weight Watchers). Ouch, that hurts. :( I quit because I was too cheap to keep paying and not stay for the meetings. Wow, I saved money, great job Mary! Where did THAT get you?

I weighed 166 for about an hour in 2001 ;). I still felt "fat" then. What an idiot I was! Is it just that the brain takes longer to adjust to reality? Or is fat a state of mind? Hmmm....

My lowest adult weight was 130 lbs. I'd been overweight my entire adolescent life (up to 200 lbs.), and shed the extra poundage over the course of 2 years. My record low was at my wedding, and I'd venture to say I was almost too thin - my brother who I hadn't seen in years commented at the reception that I needed to eat! :o
In the 2 years since I've been married, I've put on a little over 10 lbs. Actually, I'd put on 20, but I've lost 10 since the holidays. :) I'm very comfortable at 140, but I have to maintain vigilance to not pack it back on.

I think like so many people, I felt fatter than I really was when I was younger (*waves to CLCSC145*). I know when I graduated HS I weighed 165 and felt like a huge whale. Lost 15 pounds that summer and started college at 150 -- in my head still "fat" but better. By the time I graduated from college I was at my current weight, about 220. I know in the next few years I got back down to around 200 briefly, then back to 220 or so...
Then I ballooned to 250ish in grad school and worked my way back AGAIN to this 220 or so weight before gaining 75 pounds in less than 7 years to get to nearly 300...
So, what was the question again? :)
I guess my answer is 150 (at age 18), but not for long. Nearly all of my adulthood I've been above 200 pounds.

My lowest adult weight was around 120 at age 18. Like several others have said, I thought I was fat then. I remember thinking I was fat even in grade school ~ I'm not sure how I got that idea. I guess because I am short ~ to me I looked puffy. I put on weight in college, got back down before I got married, had a baby and it has steadly crept up over the years. It had been in the 190-200 range for several years. I did good about 5 years ago, and got back down to 180ish, but messed up and gained it all back. The highest I got was 240. A couple summers ago, I got back down to 203 ~ darn ~ I was so close to onderland and blew it again.
I don't know what is wrong with me to keep blowing it and not making it to goal. And I don't know what is wrong with me that even when I lose weight ~ when I look in the mirror, I don't look any smaller ~ I still see the same huge fat me.

I spent two summers at Weight Watchers camp at around 13 or 14 years old, and I think I ended at about 150 pounds the second time (started both summers around 170/175 I think). I couldn't keep it off after then and slowly added weight over the years.

I was 260 shortly around the age of 19 and I'm turning 31 next month. I was 300 when I was 14, went down to 260 when I was 16 after a heavily restricted diet and exercising 2 hours per day. I went up to 300 lbs again by the time I was 18 then I stopped eating for a few months around the age of 19 and went down to 260, then went back to 300 shortly after.

I've always been a "big" girl. Shopped in the Pretty Plus section at Sears as a child. My teenage average and up until age 25 or so was 200 (180-220) pounds. Then I gained up to 284. Got down to 172 for my wedding day 7 years ago, and had been gaining ever since until recently.

The lowest recorded weight I can remember is 208 lbs as a high school senior. I have steadily gained over the last 20 some years to 340 (my highest).
What I weigh now. I was never thin growing up, and I don't have actual weights because I didn't weigh myself, but I know that the smallest clothes size I wore after I hit about 14 was two bigger than the clothes I wear now, so I think I'm fairly safe in saying I was heavier than I am now.

The first time I knew how much I weighed was in elementary school and it was at 150lbs. I remember the day clearly, because my sister had just bought a scale that day and she made me get on it infront of my father after she got on it of course. She's about 4-5 years older than I am, so I guess there was a show off thing happening there. Anyway, me and her both weighed exactly the same amount, 150, and she blamed it on the fact that she just ate. Heaven forbid we weigh the same amount! Of course, now I know it's because she's about two to three inches taller, she looked a lot more leaner. I pretty much loathed scales from then. My memory record of my weight pretty much went like this... 150 - 219 - 250 - 343. 250 was my high school weight, but I still didn't think I looked that big.. I carried it well. I gained almost 100 pounds in the year after I graduated high school in 2002. Scary stuff.

When I was 17 I weighed 129. I guess that is the lowest I can remember since semi adulthood. My lowest weight since 2000 was 220. Lowest recent weight is 241. Back about the time I was first getting married to my husband (around 1990 or 91, I weighed about 178 or so. That was after months at the gym.
I guess I've been steadily gaining most of my life except the times I've spent really working on it.

I wasn't big as a teenager or young adult (120lbs. when I got married) but I was always dieting to stay that way. As a teenager I was a cheerleader and wouldn't think twice about starving myself for a few days to lose weight or even forcing myself to vomit. When I was in college I would regularly fast every other day to stay thin.
After my daughter was born I began to eat properly but I had pretty much messed up my metabolism. Since I knew "fat" ran in the family, I strived to exercise and limit my food intake and then around the time of my divorce I became quite thin due to stress. As I started to become more comfortable with my freedom and independance I found myself gaining 5-10 pounds a year.
By the time I reached my mid-40s I decided it was time to quit my 30 year smoking habit ~ which contributed to a rather rapid weight gain. By 2000 I had reached 265lbs. and I stayed there until 2002 when I joined Weight Watchers. The lowest weight I've been since starting the program was 158lbs. and I felt positively svelte (the teenage me would have thought that was huge!)
I've gained and lost the same 20-25lbs. a few times during the last couple of years and continue to strive for goal and maintenance. While I haven't been overweight during most of my lifetime, I obviously had issues, if not an outright eating disorder. Its always been a battle.

I was between 120-130 in high school. My lowest was 105 at 16yr, but I was extremely sick with food allergies (allergic to 31 foods and took shots 2x's a week). In college I gained 20 pounds and when I married at 21, I was 150 pounds (my current goal weight). I'm 43 now and my top weight was in 1999 at 307. Funny though, even when according to the numbers I was normal weight, I NEVER FELT IT!!! I have felt fat as long as I can remember, even when I was a child. That scares me, will I feel normal even when I get to a normal weight?

Right now, I weigh the same as I did when I was in 5th or 6th grade (and was three inches shorter!), so this is far and away my lowest weight as an adult. Prior to trying to lose weight, my lowest weight as an adult was probably around 230 or 240 when I started college (I wore a size 18 when I started college).

I was 170 or so right at the beginning of my senior year.. i felt and looked hot.. it was a little much to weigh but i was very muscular and carried it real well.. i got all sorts of attention.. and was very very confident.. it was the combination of a really bad relationship and getting pg my senior year in highschool that caused me to begin to loose muscle/gain fat.. to get me to where i am today.. *sigh*

I got married for the first time in 1960 and weighed 121. I felt fat! I gained lots and lost little over the next few years and was 174 when I got married again in 1983. Then it was onwards and upwards to an all time high of 232. It's sure easier (and more fun) to gain than to lose!

I weighed 170 for about one day back on Thanksgiving Day 1990 when I was 24 years old. My dh (who was just my boyfriend back then) still goes on and on about how great I looked in "those jeans I wore on Thanksgiving" at my BIL's house. I thought I was huge back then and felt so self conscious. Oh to be that small again...
When I get down to 170 again I'm going to put those acid washed, straight legged, high waisted jeans on again just to give my husband a big thrill, lol. I won't be going out in public in them though!

The lowest I can remember weighing as an adult was 147 at age 24 (I'm 5'9" so that was a pretty darn good weight, but I wasn't that thrilled with it). Then I got pregnant shortly thereafter and only went below 200 a couple of times in my 30s. My 40s were the worst--weighing in at 261 when I was 49. But it's been all downhill from there, and I've been under 200 for the past several years, aiming for that goal weight this year.

I always flipped flopped between winter and summer. I was a competitative swimmer for many years (especially in the summer) so I was pretty thin, my lowest weight being about 140 lbs when I was 19. I have gone back and forth since then.

Like many others on here, I have always FELT fat. The lowest weight I remember was somewhere around 140 when I was a freshman in high school. But at a size 9 I felt like a blimp next to the size 4 girls in my class. I guess "fat" is relative. I have been going up steadily from there but refused to weigh myself (full on denial). I was a size 16 misses in college before topping out at a 22W after my son was born 18 months ago. It is sad that I have never in my life felt comfortable in my own skin.

Edit.
I have lost track because I've been overweight for all of my adult life. When I got married in 1974 to my first husband, I must have been somewhere in the 160s and my wedding dress was a size 14. I thought I was huge then. Then I remember a few months after I got married someone mentioning that I had gained weight and I was in the 180s then. Then over the years, and another husband later it has increased and increased until I hit my highest a few years ago - 273. When I started WW this time I was 4 lbs. less than that. I have stayed in the 260s for the last several years. My weight fluctuated a few pounds up and down so I decided that I must be sort of "maintaining" that weight.
After having lost 40 lbs, right now I am probably a little less than I weighed in 1993, when I had a miscarriage. I can hardly wait to get out of the 200s and into the 100s, which I don't think I've seen for 20 years.

I was in the 140/150's in high school...way too skinny as my weight was far behind my height! I played college sports and played at 180. I have been in the mid to low 200's until about 2.5 years ago. With moving, changing jobs, having a miscarriage and losing my brother, I abused food and stopped exercising. Hope to get back down to the lower 200's and back into a size 12.

Well the smallest I been was 160 and that was in high school so I was the weight that I am trying to get back to. I gain alot of weight due to pregnancy 2 times and depression and just been plan lazy. Before starting my freshman year in high school I did weight in at 197 that summer I said, I want to go to high school at a smaller size so I did it. Got myself down to
160. doing my 4 yrs in high school that didn't stay at all. I gain and weight and was between 190-215 all the way up until I had my first daughter in 2002 after having her then I went up to 240 due to been depressed because of what I had to go thou with my first having surgery after surgery even thou that shouldn't be a reason but, it was mines my mind was set on my daughter wasn't to concern about me. But, then I went back to losing again but, didn't really really lose was in the lazy mood so was at 241-263 during the time I got pregnant again. After having my second daughter in 05 I found I I weight in at 300 pounds omg thats when I hit the fan and got busy busy busy after my 6 week check up and now I weight in at 241 again for the second time and the last.:)

My lowest adult weight was 134 lbs at the age of 23, courtesy of Jenny Craig. I looked fabulous in my wedding dress, but haven't looked like that in 11 years. My son asked me "who's that in the picture with dad?" Sheesh, if that didn't give me incentive to start losing I don't know what would. Starting in high school, I probably started at around 145, gained 10 lbs each summer after that, graduating at around 180 lbs (which is still a set-point weight for me, if there is such a thing). Highest adult weight was 233 (13 pounds heavier than the day I delivered my son  ).

15 years of marriage, 100 pounds, and 3 kids later, both of us would give our right arms for me to have that body back!!!! But I'll settle with keeping my right arm and having a 130 pound body.

I remember being at least 210 by the beginning of 8th grade (and probably at least 230 by the end--I remember a doc's appointment where he mentioned that gaining 20 pounds in less than a year was not normal, yet did they take any measures to correct it? nooooo...).
Beyond that, I got down to almost 260 (263, I think) doing South Beach and working out nearly religiously (cardio 6 days a week, strength training 4 days a week) when I lived with my sister in early 2004.
I can't even imagine life at less than 200 pounds...heck, I can barely picture being less than 250 :dizzy: but I'm getting there!

Wow.. My lowest weight that I can recall is 120 lbs. I was in fifth grade, I believe. I have no idea what my lowest adult weight is because when I was a Junior in highschool, I weighed 140 lbs, and stopped weighing myself as the weight crept up. I was just a kid then, so I really didn't know, at the time, that I would have to always work at keeping the weight off. I guess I thought I was like some of my relatives who never excercised, and ate whatever they wanted.

I was 160 when I met my husband (when I was 17). Before I graduated high school & my depression started I never thought about my weight. I was very self-confident and loved how I looked. But depression wreaked havoc on my body & destroyed my self-esteem.
Sigh - still lots of work in front of me - would love to try on multiple outfits trying to decide which one looks the most fantastic again!!!

I was always overweight growing up. The girl that always got picked last in class and and the one that just dreaded gym class and group showers in gym class. I just look back now and cringe. When I got out of highschool I was down to around 135. But I really struggled to keep at that and that was still overweight compared to my friends. I'm only 5'3. Around 25 years old I started gaining. My highest being 275. Boy I couldn't believe it. It was like one day I became invisable. Horrible service in stores and other places all because I'm heavy. Now that I've lost weight this year it's getting a little better but I know once I'm under 200, I'll be back to the land of the living. Isn't that sad?
My lowest adult weight was 136 if I recall correctly. I do know that it did go a little lower but I never wriote it down. It was right after I found out I was pregnant with number 1. The morning he was born, I weighed in at a whole 150. I look at myself and feel so disgusted but then I realize that I wasn't sick back then and it was a different time in my life. I keep telling myself, I have to lose 26 pounds less now. I love it!
