Hi everyone! I've never posted on a weight lost forum before . I'm 28, been married for 10years, and am mommy to our 2year old little girl. I hope this site will be a great tool for me as i try to loss these 25+ pounds that I just can't seem to shake... but I'll save all that for my journal! But anyway, I just wanted to say hi! and I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you fighting this same battle!

Whenever im having a bad day, i post something in here and i have so many people telling me not to give up and that i can do it! More support than i ever could have asked for! This forum is great. I would have given up on my diet by now if it wasnt for these ladies!
Welcome, my husbands family is from Alabama...huntsville I think. This site is great, it really does give you the extra kick in the pants to workout and eat right, yet also allows you some sistas to complain to when things just aren't going the way they should

I have found this site to be extremely motivating, especially when it comes to gettin off my butt and going exercising! Good luck!
