Default new scale

ok, i just bought this tanita digital scale that includes a body fat percentage feature. i want to know when the best time to use it is. i always thought the best time to get on the scale was in the morning, after you peed. but i also know that this would not be the best time to check a body fat percent because if you are dehydrated, then it will be inaccurate. anyone know what would be best? i also understand that the body fat percent is inherently flawed, but given the fact that my body likes to lose so slowly, i thought if i could see some changes there, it might encourage me when the scale is discouraging.
