I found it interesting that the first line reads "a strict low-calorie diet can decrease DNA damage linked with aging." But at the end of the article, it said they found "substantial decreases in the amount of age-related DNA damage in each of the three dieting groups". Makes it seems like they want to showcase the benefits of very low cal dieting? Though maybe that's my skeptical side showing...

It would be interesting to see what happens with a bigger sample and over a longer period of time, but I'm intrigued that even a modest calorie decrease may result in slowing of aging...
