Well last month I lost 3lbs so I'm hoping this will motivate me to move more this month.

Goals for this month are:

drink more water
workout 2 times a week
lose 5 lbs

better late than never, huh? I'm going to buck up and put a goal on here. Hubby and I finally joined the gym and have started swimming. We are starting out with two nights per week and my goal is going to be to work our way up to three days a week.
we are trying very hard to cut back on our fast food/eatingout habit and have been doing much better for the last two weeks or so, i hope to continue to improve that as well.
and that is all i'm going to commit to *L*

Goal weight - 196 by May 1 (that is the day I started tracking my weight last year - if I reach it - it will be 64 lbs in 1 year!)

Acheive goal by getting more fiber, taking advantage of later daylight and go for walk at least 3 X week. Weight training 3X week. Water, water water.

Also, going to start a food diary again this month just to be sure I am not getting complacent about my caloric intake.

Take measurements - its been a while.

Thanks!

I'm still doing pretty good this week and heading into Easter Weekend. I've got lot's of good healthy foods to choose from in the house and no goodies. I'm saving everything for Sunday dinner with my parents so I can eat my mum's sherry trifle

I've also changed my bus route so I now have to walk about 10 blocks (and up a steep hill) instead of my last route change which was five blocks. I'm slowly trying to build up strength in my legs and I have been taking the stairs at work too.

I've got to be back in shape for my vacation in August!

Well we're over 1/2 way through the month - how is everyone doing?

I've maintained last month's loss but haven't gone down any. I have increased my physical activity a bit.

Thumbs up

Hi there - didnt make goal but did manage to lose

down to 198!! Finally broke 200 - I am so happy

The scale wanted to give me a 196 but the 198 was more steady so I will go with that and take the other 2 as a bonus for May.

Congrats to Lizz for making goal and to Mauv for maintaining her loss!
