This is not a very core menu, but here it is anyway. Counting pts for everything.

b: 100 cal pack wheat crackers (2 pts)
s: banana (1 pt)
l: LO baked penne, salad (10 pts)
s: cookies (2 pts), kiwi (1 pt), hot chocolate (2 pts)
d: not sure
s: popcorn and coke zero (2 pts)

I'm not hungry but I know I should eat -- I just don't know what to do because nothing sounds good.

B: nothing (slept thru it)
L: cheerios with milk and banana (6 pts)

Here Kathy - let me make it up for you - ha ha ha

Breakfast: 2 lf/sf yogurt cups, decaf w/light cream

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: veggie quiche, small garden salad w/greek dressing

Snack: green grapes

Dinner: roast chicken breast, steamed broccoli, baked or mashed potatoes

OOOOHHHH....don't look!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana

Lunch: Kosher hot dog on a bun with kraut and mustard (8 points). At least the kraut was Core!

Snack: Sweet and Salty granola bar (4 points)

Dinner: Chiptole buritto bowl (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, hot sauce, cheese (3 points), and guacamole)

Snack: Maybe popcorn
