South Beach Diet - mini challenge-100 crunches this week

who's in??

why 100? why not? for some this may be easy, for some this may be tough-either way it's 100 more crunches under, or should I say off your belt.

Do 20 for 5 days, do all 100 in 1 day, I don't care. C'mon let's go!!!:carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

Once Thursday rolls arund I'll do a check and see who's still with us :D

Seriously, would someone explain to me what a crunch is? I am exercise challenged but learning.

Ruth it's one of those sit ups that you only lift your shoulders up instead of going all the way up. Just focus on your stomach muscles and DON'T pull on your neck with your hands

Okay guys, I've been getting some sun on my deck, now I'm going to do my crunches. I did the Firm yesterday and tried to get it in today, but I only got 3/4 of the way through. I was having way too many interruptions. I missed the ab workout, so I'm off to do my 100!

It's been awhile since I've done crunches so I'll try for 100 this week. Maybe soon I can move up to 100 a day!

Alright ladies, count me in! But I'm gonna throw a twist in there. I'm gonna go for 100 a day, where at least half of them are on a pilates ball!

I'll start with today though, and hopefully make up my 200 from the 1st and the 2nd over the course of the week.

Ok got to this challenge late apparently...I am going to do 100 today and 100 tomorrow... Are we continuing this sort of thing every week? I think it would be fun.

I've only done 40 so far this week. I fell Wednesday morning and have a huge bruise on my back so I've been waiting for it to heal some before I attempt to do my other 60. Next week I'm going to continue with crunches but try for 50 everyday, then the next week move up to 75 a day, then 100 a day.

Thanks Batmom! Luckily I landed on the fat part of my back, almost on my hip and it doesn't hurt at all except for the bruise but I'm still going to take the opportunity to take it easy :)
