Well, I'm still vacilating between 184 and 182 weight wise, but I finally have GOOD NEWS!

At WI last night, because I'm so hard on myself (I expect wl each time I weigh in...:dizzy: ) Anyway, my counselor pointed out some things I hadn't considered.

At this point I'm 12 pounds away from my half way mark. Now THAT gives me a great goal to work towards. :dancer:

And, I've lost 10 inches over all since I started. WOOOHOOO!:cheer:

Something to celebrate!:cheer:

Thanks. And BTW I saw you're before/after pictures... WOW. What a great difference!

One of these days I'll get around to posting some of me (If I can find any before pics... ;) ). I'm kind of camera shy.

Well, I got up this am and MY scale says 179.5. WOOOHOOO. Looks like I'll hit that 179 mark shortly!

Thanks! Problem is it isn't "Official". BUT, its a marker for me. By Monday I should be there officially. ;)

i think its the curse of 182-184...i fluctuated there for a while too, a long while!...we both got past it! woohooo!
