Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana cooked in

Lunch: Morningstar farms griller veggie burger with slice of FF cheese, ketchup and a garlic dill pickle.

Snack: FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit naturals pineapple cup

Dinner: Texas Roadhouse - Grilled Pork Chop (no butter), Baked potato with FF sour cream, Steamed cauliflower (no butter but ICBINB light for points)

Snack: Probably just hot tea with skim and equal

I'd like to have a baked potato for lunch and maybe a salad for dinner. Not sure what I'll end up with though.

breakie: apple and grapes
lunch: ff plain yogurt and banana and mango
taco salad without the taco
supper: probably more taco salad minus the taco

although i forgot to buy low fat cheese so i'm counting the points on the cheese.
