That's really funny. My professor walked in this morning and said, "I feel hungover and I didn't have a drop to drink yesterday. You ever feel like that?"
I also feel yucky after a cheat day, which usually consists of carbs. A couple of weeks ago I was craving a glass of red wine for some reason and never got around to drinking it, but the next morning I felt like I had a whole bottle.
The mind is a powerful thing?
Do you literally feel hungover (headache, upset stomach, etc...) or just sluggish?
