Oh, in searching the web for something I found a web site that I'd actually put up myself, and forgot about! Actually, it's more a single page than a site. I haven't seen it mentioned in the forums in a while so thought I'd mention it again...

Last year, someone had a very popular 'low point snack list' that they posted about. Everyone wanted it. I took the file and converted it to HTML and stuck it on a web page. I forget where it originally came from, but for now at least, it's still on the web at:members.nbci.com

These points were calculated under last year's system, so high-fiber items might actually be more points now. And recipe formulas may have changed. But, there you go.

A low points list sounds very helpful,
for the moments of craving.
When I tried the URL for your web site,
I got a 404 Error.

You have to click on the link, not just cut-and-paste, since the bulletin board shortens the URL string when it prints it on your screen. I just tried it a second ago and it worked.

Thank you for the instructions.
Worked just fine and I was able to view
the list. Lots of nice suggestions.
Thanks again.
