Default low blood pressure

I need some advice regarding low blood pressure and morning workouts. It takes me a little extra time in the morning to be able to workout.. Is there anything I can do to help me work morning workouts into my routine.. By the afternoon I get so busy I'd rather work out in the morning.

Obviously I know.. wake up extra early. But it seems to take me about 45 minutes of being awake before I can.. and even then.. I am still a little dizzy.. woozy...

Eat first thing!
I also have low blood pressure and this seems to help me. Even if you stumble out and grab a bowl of cereal then lay back down for 15 minutes it should help.
