I can't believe it's almost April!!

My goals for this week:
1. Exercise at least two times (at least one hour total) :lifter:
2. Stay within points range while eating mostly core foods :hun:
3. Work on meal planning :write:
4. Have a great weigh-in on Friday (and remember to weigh-in!) :goodscale

just saw this before i got offline.

my goal for this week is to stay floreing around 20 pts per day.

no exercise goals. i'm rebelling.

I haven't gotten my exercise in this week but I have been doing better about impulsive eating (a big problem for me).
