Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana

Lunch: Not sure

Dinner: Not sure

Snack: SF/FF banana pudding with fresh strawberries and FF cool whip

Just a FYI, the "whole beans" are a new discovery for me. I bought a bag of frozen whole green and yellow wax beans at Kroger. They are really excellent, I would highly recommend them. Faster than stringng them yourself! :D

breakie: ff plain yogurt with a banana

lunch: farmers breakfast that i got off here. it was yummy & i probably ate a little more than i should have.

supper: wild rice with chicken and mushrooms and lemon

snacks: 1 piece of 1 point bread with applesauce on it
baked lays (3 points) with guacamole (8 points?)
