Though late, this is the weekly thread I hope that some of you come out and play!

Kier and Ali, I emailed Kim on the weekend (remember Kim? She had a baby 14 months ago?) and she is doing well! Her little girl is SUPER CUTE!

Well, I actually did 30 min on the elliptical at 3 intensity (it was hard, but felt so good during the workout!). I have to say I really like it. It is way easier on the joints than the treadmill, and is challenging!!

I snuck in a WI today and I was down 1.5 so far this week...but we'll see what the scale says on Monday...

Yah for the WL. I am glad Kim is doing well!!

As for my pregnancy, things are going well... baby is kicking lots and I am feeling okay (although a little tired).
