Lightbulb Goals 3/22-3/26

OK, here's an idea. On another 3FC board I saw a group who made weekly "Behavior Goals." I know that it is Wednesday, but why not go ahead and make some goals for the rest of the week? I don't know about everyone else, but the accountability is good for me. We can do this or we could go back to weekly "Challenges" like we did there for awhile. It is very helpful to me!
So what do you guys think?

My goals for the rest of this week:

1. Exercise at least two times (easy on the knee)

2. Stay away from sugary/high-point desserts and fast food

3. Go to bed at a decent hour!

I need behavior modification in a big way ... the main thing is cutting out the coke I have on the way to work. So I'll try to do it.

my goal is to stay true to program with my eating and walking. my feet are making the "want" to walk a bit of a hassle. i am determined, though.

I think my commitment should be to concentrate on eating smaller portions at dinnertime. I think I'm eating to full at dinnertime.

Well I've already broken #2...I had a piece of cake at "girl's night out" at work last night. I completely forgot about my goal.

I FAILED, FAILED, FAILED this week with my goals. I really do want to change my behaviors, and I'm planning on setting new ones for next week.

Did anyone do better than me (I hope!)?
