I thought Id start this up again, it helped me out alot.

My goals for today are...

eating 100% op
drink at least 64oz water
get my workout in at the gym

I will NOT let myself down today

my goals for today:

get at least 6 hours of sleep
go to Curves at 4
Drink at least 2 liters of water before work

goal for the day:

Drink 64 OZ of water
Stay OP (induction?)
Clean LR
Start blankets
Stay out of mischief :shrug: (can't help it trouble seems to be searching for me!!)

The most important one.......not letting myself down, I kept. Im very proud of that.

I did get all my water in, stayed op, but didnt get to the gym. However I cleaned like a crazy woman yesterday, so that equals the gym to me.


Today...........

~ get my water in
~ stay op
~ get some exercise

.....Will NOT let myself down today.

I met all of mine except the sleep ..... gotta work on that!

TODAY:
Do NOT overeat...even low carb
Go to Curves at 4
Get basket of laundry folded thats been in the laundry room for 2 days
Read my son at least one book....two if we have time.

Full 100% OP
Increase Water
Count Carbs Correctly
Complete Laundry
(unable to get out to the gym today so cleaning and laundry will at least have me moving)

thanks girlie, I needed this thread!!

Today I will tell the critic in my head to just zip her lip. ONLY positive thoughts are allowed ALL DAY!!

I WILL drink only water and at least 8 glasses of it!

I WILL either get on the treadmill or walk outside today.

Goal for today, keep a positive mental attitude. Believe in myself. I CAN do this thing. So what if it takes longer than I want it to? It isn't a race, it is an endurance test.

Today will be good. I can and will make it so.

1) stay on induction
2) find induction foods that I can have with me for long periods and still eat with no access to a fridge! hmmm

I'm getting in here late.

I achieved all of my goals yesterday and I'm finding it easier to calm the critic in my head down, I can't believe the difference it's making in every part of my life.
ok, off my soap box.

My goal for the rest of the day is to get some exercising in before bed and to get the rest of my water in.

goal for tomorrow:

1) drink 8 glasses of water (at least)
2) up the exercise by 10 minutes or 1/2 mile
3) stay on induction

Yesterday was good goal-wise for me, except reading to my son, but we played cars instead...so I guess thats a fair trade for him.

Today:
Curves - went at 4
I'm going out to eat...so my goal is to only eat Induction friendly foods...shouldn't be hard, but if I put it in writing I'll DO IT!!!!!!
Be as positive as I can at work...VERY negative atmosphere...:(

My sciatica is acting up and I DO NOT want to go through another back surgery, so I did not walk on the treadmill last night, and it was snowing. Not going to beat myself up about it, my back is much more important than a single day of exercise.

goal for today

1) drink at least 8 of water
2) exercise if I can handle it
3) to NOT EAT A SINGLE PIECE OF GUM OUT OF THE CANDY JAR AT WORK.

(this has totally been my downfall. I swear one day I gained two pounds JUST by eating all the gum at work!!!!)

I met all goals except the water goal. I was having alot of heartburn yesterday, and the water was just making it worse. I was eating wayyyyyyyyy too many tums. So I backed off on the water, and I wasn't too bad.

Today's goals

~water (1/2 in already)
~exercise (1/2 a work out this morning :( I'll either go back to the gym later, or go for a walk outside)
~eat op

I will NOT let myself down

I'm proud to announce that I didn't have a single piece of gum today :carrot:

And my back is good today, I'm gonna walk this evening when a good show comes on :carrot:

Well, me and my body let me down yesterday.

water and 1.5 my exercise in yesterday. Eating wasnt op.

Today's goal

Get all my water in
Go for my walk, depending on how Im feeling, to the gym tonight for a class.

Read thru some of my many diets books, and put together another plan.

I will eat lower carb, and will not pigout or binge on anything today!

I will NOT let myself down today.

I drank 3 beers yesterday. UGH!

my goals for today: drink required water & STAY ON TRACK. NO CHEATING!!!

DH will be off the next three days and it's sooooooo stressfull when he's home, my goal for those three days is to merely stay on track also. If I can do that it will be a major hurdle :)

My goals for today:

Get my garage organized...which will be exercise.
Eat clean
Drink my water!

All VERY doable. I just wish it would warm up. Or even the sun would be nice!

I haven't been on here for a while but my goals for today (and everyday) are:
1. make sure to exercise no matter what
2. drink more water
3. believe in myself

Start new eating plan
get all my water in
get into the basement, and clean it out ....fill at least 2 garbage bags of crap to hit the curb!!
get some sort of exercise in
