Default back from vacation

I am back from my spring break vacation, and I did okay staying on my diet. As of this morning, I have lost 4 more pounds, but over the weekend, my two little ones went to stay with their dad and his new wife. I had such a hard time that I sat down and ate 7 creme filled oreos. I feel like such a failure!!!!

Any divorced Moms out there find a way to deal with the ex without ruining the diet?

You're not a failure!

Congratulations on staying focused while on vacation - that must have been rather tough!

I'm not a divorced mom, or a mom at all *lol*, but my advice would be to make sure you're taking care of yourself. How about a massage? A cup of herbal tea? Curling up on the couch with a blanket and taking a nap? Watching a tear-jerker with friends? Going shopping, even if it's for just one peice of new clothes to celebrate the weight loss you've already acheived?

One little cheat is not going to ruin you! Good luck!
