Like Nike says...JUST DO IT. You have to want to do it and then follow through. Start with Take Off again and stick to the program, if you work it, it will work. Good luck!

The big reason this diet works for me: I give myself a clean slate after cheats. I had 4 rough days of eating out in restaurants and not being totally able to control myfood. Today I hopped back on the wagon and just weighed and I was actually DOWN from where I was pre-cheat. Forgive yourself and move on...seriously!

I agree with the other posts - think of today as a new day and just start fresh. You can do it! ;)

So I feel better about myself. If you truly want this then do it. Just like everyone else has said start today fresh and new. You can do this. I agree with what has been said above and to add that as my smaller clothes start fitting me better that is an excellent motivation to me. My husband has been telling me more how proud he is of me and sharing his thoughts with others, which I appreciate. Hang in there were not saying you’re never going to cheat again, but if you really want this you will just get back on board and try again.
