I have been trying to steer clear of the scale at the Y, but said what the heck let me try it out. I stepped on and usually I have to move the level( it's one of those old doctor's scales) to 250 + 17-18 more, today I was on 250 + 14. So I have lost a few pounds. I feel good, I know it is coming off, I need to accept that it is going to take some time, just like it took 10 yrs to get to this weight, it is not going to take 1 month to get it off. I have worked out 6 days this week, so that is helping and watching what I am eating( this is the hard part
)But as long as I dont' go over 1800 calories I am good.
