I used to do power yoga but I found it displeasing because my DVDs didn't allow me to fully hold the position for at least 10 seconds. I don't like rushing from movement to movement unless its step aerobics- yoga, when I took it as a class, was nice and relieving, mostly about breathing while doing incredibly challenging poses which we held in for more than 10 seconds. ANyone know of a good DVD for this type of yoga? I see so many of them for beginners, but I would like a nice, slow paced one for intermediates and beyond. It would be greatly appreciated!!!

I really like Flexposture by fitprime. I love the original which is now out of print and led by Anna Benson (creator of The Firm workouts and now Fitprime/WHFN) (this can be found on ebay sometimes, but you can also contact her yahoo group to see if there are any in stock. The one she leads is all yoga stretching and is a fantabulous 40 minute stretching workout. I like the remade version with Tamela Hastie leading, which includes 17 minutes of pilates, 21 minutes of yoga, 6 minutes of light weight training, and 10 minutes of cardio.
I also like Floor Burn led by Tamela as well. It includes 21 minutes of pilates, 6 minutes cardio, 6 minutes light weights, and 10 minutes of yoga.
