Default 248 Refused To Let Go...But
Though I was following my plan and working out 3-4 times a week, I have been stuck at 248 for a few weeks now. Talk about cursing the scale!!

But finally, with a whole lot of willpower, determination and plain ol stubborness...I made it to 245! Yeah Baby!!

I don't have too much time on my hands to post alot here, but I do lurk a bit and I just want to say thank you to all of you again. You make me laugh, cry and hold on. It feels SO good to be doing the RIGHT thing and taking care of my body.

I have received a few comments but most importantly, I notice the changes in my body, confidence and self esteem.

So, with that...I thank you and look foward to the rest of the journey together with you.

I'm happy for you that your will power and determination paid off and you saw the scale move in the right direction. I'm glad you are back Jenniffer ~ even if you don't get to post much. You have always been so kind and encouraging to everyone ~ I hope we can do the same for you.
