All of those protein bars and breakfast bars are so expensive! I guess you are paying for the convenience. Does anyone have a reciepe for a nutritious low calorie snack or breakfast bar or cookie. I'd like to make my own.:?:

I haven't tried these recipes yet, but lots of others here have and like them. Maybe if you do an advanced search with protien+bars or breakfast+bars or bar(s)+recipe you'll get more as well.
