Thumbs down Journal - Saturday, July 28, 2001

Good morning ladies! The weather sounds decent around here this weekend, so I think DH, DD & I are going to go the river again for a day (& overnight) of boating & general lounging around. Planning to bring alot of good, low point snacks to munch on.

B:
Coffee (0/0)
Oatmeal (2/2)

Snack:
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/6)

L:
Progresso 99%FF beef barley soup (3/9)
Natural Ovens bagel (1/10)
WW 2 pt snack bar (2/12)

D:
Small piece of steak (5/17)
Baked potato (3/20)
Watermelon/Cantaloupe (1/21)
2 Smirnoff ice (10/31)

Snack:
2 smores (5/36)

Water:
64 oz plus

Exercise:
3.8 mile walk (55 min) at 5:45 am this morning

chinese pork dumplings in broth w/broccoli, cauliflower & scallion 4
small pc ital brd/dab butter 1.5

boboli pizza w/cheese, onion broccoli & mushroom 12
salad w/lt dsg .5
plus cheese eaten while making pizza 2

snack:
plum .5


total: 25.5 ish
exercise: nothing formal

Still doing the youth conference thing. It's been very fun- a ropes course last night that was great.

Breakfast
cereal 3, milk 1
Lunch
English muffin 2, ff cream cheese 1, yogurt pop(1/2) .5, artichoke with butter 2, chips(6) 1, 2 pts bar 2
Dinner
3 inch sub sandwich 4, chips 3,
Snack
Big muffin 6

Total 25.5
Exercise: Aerobics 20 min, bike 20 min, ropes course 2 hours.

I'm proud of this. I ate out twice and still stayed OP, only having to use 1 banked point. Japanese helped. It is so low point.

Morning

Exercise: Walked around Woodstock, NY. What a cool place. I love it there.

cedar planked salmon 4
morel risotto 5
bread 1
squash, tomato gratin a la alice waters 2
homemade ice cream ala DP 4


exercise:none, unless you consider a dog walk exercise and cooking
water:v.little

total pts consumed: 32 easy
