Do you keep a journal of all the things you eat and drink?

Not on paper. But I should. I used to and then just got lazy. It made me accountable for what I ate. And it was good to see if there was something I was eating that was keeping me from losing.

No. I'm not good at keeping track of anything. I never take the time on some days and others I forget. So it was just easier for me not to try. Most often what I eat is basically the same anyway. So it's easy to remember.

I do that Fitday thing. I didn't used to, but once I started doing it - I realized how many carbs/calories, etc can sneak into your totals if you're not writing everything down. A committment to keep track of everything also kind of makes me think twice before I stick anything in my mouth.

Yep, that's me exactly. There's no fooling yourself, or hedging, if you commit to writing down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. I find I won't eat the 6 M&M's when I have to write it in, even though I'm the only one that sees it.

I do keep a journal, just to keep an idea of where I am at for my carb intake. Helps me to keep more accountable.

Yes, I do. I belong to Calorie King. I keep track of my calories, protein grams, carb grams and water intake.

absolutely! If I didn't have it, I'd be lost. It's a great way to track my loss and when I've gained I can go back and see why (if I don't already know!) It's got quotes, my weight and measurement progress, my goals are listed on the inside cover and I call it my 'fat book'...when I lose it everyone knows what I'm talking about teehee

I think it's a great idea...I'm actually going to use the journal on this site and keep with with everything daily. To me, it's great encouragment because you can go back and look at it and see with your own eyes that you're doing good and are on your way. Before when I was on Slim Fast and lost my 50 pounds (which I've kept off), I never did that, but I'm definitely going to start.
