Hello from VA
Hello everyone. My name is Karen, I am 33 years old. I have been married to Daniel for 15 years and we have 3 wonderful kids. I have been working at Walmart for the past year now. I know that since i have been working I have gone from a size 18 to a size 16. I have just gotten into the whole loosing weight thing. I started a journal on fitday and have started keeping up with what I eat. We went out and got a treadmil. I started at 175, I know weigh 172. I want to weigh a whole lot less. I need help to get a kick start. Someone that will keep me going. I hope to meet alot of nice people here.

), and I just joined a gym! About 2 1/2 years ago, I just started gaining weight, and within one year I gained like 30 pounds...I have actually gained like 60 in the past 3 years...I dont' know what happened. I didn't change my habits or anything, and I kinda waited around I guess hoping it would disappear like it appeared, but obviously no such luck!!!
Anyway,I'm really glad I found this place.. Everybody here is so nice and supportive. Well I just wanted to say HI!!
