I'm very proud of my efforts: I have lost 18 lbs and I'm about 16 away from my goal, but I'm doing great, and I feel better than ever.I do think exercise is the best way to keep away the pounds, and eating healthy.
The best thing is you can make your heart stronger and your lifestyle better, you bet.

Good for you. You should be proud of yourself. You have accomplished so much. I agree! A good, healthy, clean diet and plenty of exercise is the best. :carrot:
