Default I am a Newby
HI,
My Name is Judy and last Thursday was my first Day of getting control of my weight.... sounds better that the word DIET. After all the first 3 letters are DIE!!
I am a Stay at Home Mom of 2 Girls we adopted from China. They are 2 and 4. I am following the WW plan and want to lose 100 pounds.
I need the support of others trying to lose weight since it is not an easy process.
I look forward to communicating with all of you and hopefully we will all succeed!!

I'm with you on the word DIET. I have been trying to keep it out of my vocabulary. I actually do better when I don't say I'm on a DIET.
