Default I actually LIKE the bean cake, but...

It sticks so badly when I make it. I sprayed the daylights out of that pan with Pam, too. Ideas?

I haven't made the bean cake so I don't know but I wonder if parchment paper lining the bottom might help? What does everyone think?

Parchment would work just fine. I use it all the time. I also invested in some of those squishy silicone pans - pricey but worth it. My muffins and mini-quiches pop right out.
