Default You Must See This!

This is a must save site for all of us!

I in fact have printed this page and have posted it on my wall. I never want to think that a pound is not enough to lose!

Damn, no wonder it's so hard to get around. I have 30 bricks strapped onto my body! That makes so much sense. I had 36, but I lost 6 of them suckers.

Interesting perspective, thanks for posting!

Great link Sheri!

I was just thinking about the exta weight I carry around today. I was walking with my fully loaded back pack thinking it weighs about 20 pounds. I've lost 20 pounds already, but I'm still carrying a few back packs under my skin. ewwww!

The fat thing was gross...more motivation to get rid of it.

Thanks. I needed to see that after "just" losing 2 lbs this week. I think I'm happy with my loss now.

This is a very good visual aid. I was able to calculate my BMI and was glad to see it is now 24.9 instead of 36 , which is where I started at. This type of information keeps me going.

LOL Lumi, I was thinking the same thing when I saw that... it would be a lot easier if they WERE on my back rather than my boobs and belly!!! LOL but hey I've gotten rid of four of those "bricks" -- still lots to go LOL

okay, i had to go back and look at the fat again. i still can't believe i have lost 4 of those blobs of fat in her hand. i try to picture losing that and just can't wrap my mind around the fact that i have lost from somewhere on my body four of those. it is a matter of the brain catching up with the body. espeically since i have so many of those blobs left on my body that i can still see in the mirror.

but I still like the visual because i know i am going to lose all my 5 pounds of fat blobs!!!
