Dh wants to try this at home, would you say red or purple? He wants to lose about 20-25 lbs. He is 5'11" and weighs about 205 now.

Not active. I mean - just not exercising on any reg basis, so under 5 hrs for sure! At least for now.

If he'll be using bars, I'd start him on red and go until he quit losing since men have a higher metabolism than we do usually.
