WW At Home - I'm new!!! Starting WW at home!!! - question too

Hi! I'm Heather and I'm hoping to lose at least 15 more pounds by May. I want to lose a total of 32 lbs and I've lost 5 so far. Anyways, I'm starting WW at home today and I was wondering about how much I'll lose in the first few weeks. Do you usually lose 2 lbs every week? I just want to know everyone's experience with it. I'm afraid it won't work for me.... I've been having so much trouble losing weight lately (even though I exercise everyday... it's a long story...) :?:

I didn't lose much weight for the first several weeks then all of a sudden the pounds started slowly dropping off. Just don't get discouraged! Any changes you're making in your diet/exercise are for the better even if the scale won't admit it immediately!

From the meetings I've attended, people lose between 1-2 lbs a week. Don't worry that you won't lose weight, if you stick to your points you should be able to lose 15 by your goal date. Most people adjust the flex points they use in a week to increase/decrease their weight loss. Hope that helps!
