Hello to all my fellow WW members

As you can see I starting WW this week and so far im doing great! I have counted cals in the past but I think doing the WW points cuts out most of the work for you. I was very pleased with my first meeting, being in a room with all those people that have went threw the same struggles with food that I have went threw made me feel like for the first time that I could do this , I can lose this 55 pounds that I wanna lose and I dont have to do it alone! So heres to the start of my new WW life , and the best of luck to the rest of you

Thank you for the Welcome Jeep Girl. If you dont mind me asking how long have you been doing WW I see that you have lost over 60 pounds Great Job

I started WW 11/11/04 and lost my first 73 pounds before flex came along. After that I lost all disciple for some reason. Ok , I know why hording points to spend on junk. I have struggled every since then gaining back 19 pounds. Core came along and I thought if I tried it I would just gain more weight back. Three weeks ago I started core and have lost 7 pounds so far. Which one are you doing?
