Hey Melissa, Jim requested the same dinner tonight!
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran with skim, 2 splenda, and banana
Lunch: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Pineapple natural
Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie
Dinner: Huge Salad (baby blend, tomatoes, mushrooms, FF italian); couple of slices of ultra thin pizza with mushrooms and fresh garlic (points)
