Are nutri-grain bars similar to the LAWL cereal bars in fat/carbs/protein/sugar, etc, etc.? I don't have the box from the LAWL cereal bars to compare. Just wanted to see if anyone knew offhand. Thanks

I am not sure but nutrigrains bars are allowed during maintainence phase as a fruit/starch.
