I am always OP until aroung 2:00 or 3:00 then I end up with a sugar rush, or need a treat and always go overboard, what really hurts is that every morning I wake up at 5:15 and go to the gym as soon as the doors open, then I screw up all afternoon. This is not a good feeling, I always sabotage myself, why? Also, if you know you are going to want something around 2 or 3 pm then plan ahead for it. It will start 3/20. I want to lose as much as I can by May. :-) I have been just trying to diet and exercise, and it worked for a while, but then I got stuck because I cut my calories so low,so I decided to try WW. I'm setting a mini-goal of 10 lbs by May 5th. Do you guys think this is do-able with WW???
