Default Quick ?...need reply ASAP!!

Hi Ladies,
Well today is the first if induction for me and I wanted to make some scrambled eggs for breakfast. But I don't have any, so I was wondering if it would be ok to use egg substitute.

I personally have never used these so I wouldn't know, check the carb count and be sure there's no added sugars

Oooo.. th bst thing you could do so you don't scrw yourslf up is b prpard bfor starting induction. Hav your fridg stockd full of meats, cheeses, salad, water, etc. That way you never have to guess.
