Didn't do so hot with the goals last week. But here are my goals for this week.
1. Go to the gym at least three times this week (M,T,W (or three days this week)...for at least 60 minutes each time)
2. Drink 64 oz. of water everyday
3. Try one new recipe this week (thanks, Kiko
