I'm in! I hit my first 100 for 2006 March 1 (100.96 to be exact). But I am aiming to take fewer than 60 days for the next 100! So far, I'm at 108.96 for the year, so my goal is to get to 200 miles by the end of April at the latest (hopefully by Easter). That works out to about 16-17 miles per week if I finish by Easter. 12.5 if I go til the end of April. With working full time and having 2 kids and a husband, I just don't know if I can do it any faster. But I'll try if I can!
In 2004 I walked 573.74 miles. However, in 2005 I only walked 184.11. Is it any wonder I gained back everything I had lost PLUS???
My personal goal for 2006 is to hit at least 600 miles and to weigh less than 200 pounds. I turn 40 later this year and want to enter that decade on the road to a healthier ME!!
wow thats impressive michelle! I go to curves 3x a week and do my gazelle.. but for some reason i dont see the weight loss with those exercises like i do with the walking... seems like the walking just melts the weight off! and I wanna be in onderland soooo bad! now if the weather will just cooperate!
i went out and walked my 3 miles for today.. so i truly do have 97 to go now!
